1Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User" or "Member") and 200cuci ("Platform", "us", "company"). This document governs your use of all services, games, applications, and content provided by 200cuci.

Continued use of this platform following any amendments to these terms constitutes acceptance of the revised terms. These terms should be read together with Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Guide ours, which forms part of this overall agreement.

2Membership Eligibility

To register and use the 200cuci platform, you must meet all of the following requirements:

• Aged 18 years and above on the date of registration.
• Residing in a region where use of this platform is legally permitted.
• Never previously banned or blocked from using any 200cuci platform.
• Legally capable of entering into a binding agreement.
• Registering under your own name and not on behalf of another person.

3Account Registration

Each user is only permitted to hold one (1) active account only. Owning more than one account is a violation of these Terms and may result in all associated accounts being closed and any remaining balances forfeited.

During registration, you are required to:

• Providing truthful, accurate, and up-to-date information.
• Submitting valid KYC (Know Your Customer) documents when requested, including a current valid national ID or passport.
• Setting a strong password and keeping it confidential from others.
• Notifying 200cuci immediately if there is any unauthorized use of your account.

200cuci will not be held liable for any losses arising from unauthorized access resulting from a user's negligence in protecting their login credentials.

4Deposit & Payment

All deposits into your 200cuci account must be made through the official payment methods provided by the platform. 200cuci supports a variety of deposit methods in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR), including FPX, DuitNow, and bank transfers to major Malaysian banks.

• Minimum deposit: RM10 for most payment methods.
• All deposits are processed within 1–5 minutes after payment confirmation.
• Deposited funds may only be used for wagering purposes within the platform.
• The bank account used for deposits must be in the same name as the registered 200cuci account.
• 200cuci reserves the right to request additional verification for deposits deemed unusual or suspicious.

5Cash Withdrawal

Withdrawals from your 200cuci account are subject to the following conditions:

• Minimum withdrawal: RM30 per transaction.
• Withdrawals are only processed to a bank account held in the same name as the 200cuci account.
• Standard withdrawals are processed within 3–15 minutes during normal operating hours.
• For your first withdrawal or withdrawals exceeding a certain limit, identity verification (KYC) may be required.
• 200cuci reserves the right to temporarily suspend withdrawals for security review purposes, not exceeding 24 hours.
• Bonus funds that have not met the wagering requirements are not eligible for withdrawal.

6Bonus & Promotions

All bonuses and promotions offered by 200cuci are subject to rollover requirements and other specific conditions stated in each promotion's terms. General conditions applicable to all bonuses are as follows:

• Bonuses are only eligible to be credited to accounts that meet the specified eligibility requirements.
• Each account is only eligible for each type of bonus once unless otherwise stated.
• A rollover requirement (e.g., 10x) means the bonus value must be wagered the stated number of times before a withdrawal can be made.
• 200cuci reserves the right to void any bonus suspected of being obtained through unfair means or fraud.
• Promotions and bonus values may change at any time at the sole discretion of 200cuci.
• Using more than one account to take advantage of bonuses is considered fraud and may result in all accounts involved being closed.

7Game Rules

All games at 200cuci operate using an RNG (Random Number Generator) system that has been audited by recognized independent third-party bodies. This ensures every game outcome is completely random and fair.

• Game results displayed on the platform are final and cannot be disputed unless there is solid evidence of a technical failure.
• In the event of a technical disruption during a game session, 200cuci will endeavor to restore the state to the last valid position based on server records.
• Bets that have been confirmed and accepted by the system cannot be cancelled by the user.
• Minimum and maximum bet values vary by game type and are displayed within the game interface.

8Prohibitions & Restrictions

The following are strictly prohibited on the 200cuci platform:

• Using more than one account (multiple accounts).
• Colluding with other players to manipulate game outcomes (collusion).
• Using unauthorized automation software, bots, or auxiliary tools.
• Engaging in any form of money laundering through the platform.
• Depositing or transferring funds derived from illegal activities.

9Account Closure

• Losses caused by unauthorized access resulting from a user's negligence in protecting their login credentials.
• Technical issues on the user's device or internet connection.
• Unfavourable game outcomes that are the result of a fair and random RNG.

Any claim against 200cuci under any circumstances shall not exceed the total amount you have deposited in the 30 days prior to the claim being made.
